One of the many reasons I love the internet is that it connected me with this amazing co-op of artists, crafters, and Makers of all stripes in the OMHG (Oh My! Handmade Goodnes) community. More than just a message board, we are making a movement to come together with head + heart + hands to make more goodness in the world. One of the ways we do that is by collaboratively promoting each others’ creative businesses with co-op projects like Maker Mail.

Maker Mail is a cooperative, subscription-based gifting service that delivers the work of our talented community right to your door. There are two options to choose from for The Gifting Edition:

Sign up for Letter Mail and 3 of our makers will send 3 flat mailers of pretty little paper goods, like prints and notecards, to your recipient (or you!).

Sign up for Packages and 3 of our makers will send beautiful handmade objects, wrapped for giving, right to your mailbox.

Each item is handmade with love & shipped from the Maker to you, a series of sweet little goodies arriving to brighten your day & connect you with our community! We want your MakerMail to feel like a gift from a dear friend, so each package comes with a personal handwritten note.

My contribution this round is My Lovely Rhino, a hand-cast resin figurine in a variety of colors, with a little design on the flank. You may have seen pictures of my casting adventures on Instagram (I really like playing with them!). My Lovely Rhino will be included in select MakerMail Packages subscriptions.

Signups begin Oct 15, and this round’s goodies will go out Nov 19, just in time for the holiday giving season. Products will be chosen at random for a sweet surprise at your door.
